AIM Rule 26 web site design
In February 2007 the London Stock Exchange introduced new rules for companies whose shares are traded on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).
As a result of these Rules, all AIM companies will now be required to maintain a corporate website, which in the interests of disclosure and transparency, must provide specified financial and governance information.
All new companies joining AIM must have a corporate website in place from the date of flotation; companies whose shares are already quoted on AIM have until 20th August 2007 to comply.
With the new regulatory rules and increasing shareholder expectations, it is essential that your website provides up-to-date information to investors.
All the information AIM companies are required to publish is already available within your company - probably in electronic format. There is no need to “buy back” your data to comply with the Rules ... what you need to be able to do is publish it easily.
We can organise a template for your company to use over the phone – and your website can be up and running in the time it takes you to cut & paste information into the template. It’s as simple as that!

AIMcompliance offer a cost effective and easily managed professional website to meet the requirements of “Rule 26” and ensures you comply with all regulatory obligations.
We understand what you need to publish to ensure compliance with Rule 26, but also understand how to make this easy for you when ensuring compliance with Market rules is not your only job.
At AIMcompliance, we have done the thinking for you: A comprehensive template design puts all the “Rule 26” information in one place (part of the guidance issued by the Stock Exchange) but have given control of your information back to you.
Our template will ensure that your company always meets the AIM requirements.
AIMcompliance have designed a simple and cost effective system which will allow companies to update corporate information by using simple “cut & paste” technology either to a new website or as an investor relations micro-site linked or embedded into an existing corporate website.
Our template leads you through a step-by-step process to completion - and the site management system highlights to you any area of “required” information which has not been provided.
There is no need for specialised computing skills - if you can send an email you can update you own information at any time!
The AIMcompliance template incorporates:
- Company Overview page
- Key Company Information page
- Board & Committee Details page
- Constitutional documents & Shareholder Communication
- Share Information
- Key Financial Information
- News & Announcements page including your regulatory announcements from the London Stock Exchange
- Advisers & Analyst details

The AIMcompliance template delivers all current regulatory requirements and follows best practice investor relations guidelines. Any future changes to the disclosure requirements will be automatically included into the template.
